AOV Connect

The portal where the businesses we work with connect their own Google accounts — Google Ads, Analytics, Business Profile, and Search Console — so the Art of Vision team can manage and report on their marketing in one place.

You sign in with your own Google account and authorize access to your own accounts. You can review or revoke that access at any time.

What you can connect

Square

Connect your Square merchant account so your website backend can run checkout, catalog, and customer flows through short-lived tokens — your long-lived credentials are never exposed.

Google Business Profile

Connect your Business Profile so we can manage your listing and surface your ratings and reviews on your website.

Google Ads

Connect your Google Ads account so we can report on campaign, keyword, and search-term performance and apply optimizations you approve — every change recorded in an audit log.

Analytics & Search

Connect Google Analytics and Search Console so we can build your reporting dashboards and manage your GA4 measurement configuration on your behalf.

Google data we request

When you connect through the portal, AOV Connect requests the scopes below on your own Google accounts. We access nothing you have not authorized, and each scope is used only for the purpose described.

openid · userinfo.email · userinfo.profile: Identity — confirm which Google account is connecting.
auth/business.manage: Manage your Google Business Profile locations and reviews, and surface them on your website.
auth/webmasters.readonly: Read your Search Console search analytics and URL inspection for SEO reporting. Read-only.
auth/adwordsSensitive: Read your Google Ads campaign, keyword, search-term, and recommendation data for your dashboards, and apply optimizations you approve (add negative keywords, pause keywords, apply recommendations). Every write is recorded in an audit log with before/after state.
auth/analytics.readonlySensitive: Read your GA4 report metrics (sessions, conversions) for your dashboards.

Data handling

Your refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest in Art of Vision's Supabase database. Access tokens are minted on demand and held in memory only. Nothing is logged or exposed through public API responses.

We do not sell or share your connected-account data. It is accessed only by Art of Vision, on your behalf, for the purposes above, and only while our working relationship is active. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions.
